Refunds or Exchanges:

Refunds or Exchanges cannot be processed after the delivery has been finalized and the courier has left your premises. We recommend that you inspect and try on your items while the courier is still present.

Immediate Returns for Size Issues:

In the event that the item is not the right fit and you wish to exchange it for a different size, you are welcome to return it with the courier immediately. You will only be responsible for the shipping fee charged by the delivery service. We also advise that you place a new order for the correct size you require.
